Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Writer. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto service department.

This is a full-time position.

Duties :

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Sell services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive sales and services.

Experience :

• Must have great computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Previous experience in automotive service or auto service management is preferred.
• Preferred Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, including brake repair and oil changes.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with service technicians.
• Proven track record in sales and services to customers.
• Outstanding sales skills to promote automotive sales within the organization.
