Service Advisor

Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team to provide exceptional customer service to every customer that brings their vehicle in for service.

The Service Advisor helps customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance needs and is the customer’s main point of contact in the service department.

This role collaborates with the team of technicians and reports to the Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities :

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Assist customers by scheduling services, writing work orders, and advising of necessary service
• Provide estimates for needed repairs, obtain customer authorizations and collect payments
• Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Desired Qualifications and Experience :

• Previous automotive service advisor / writer experience is required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to achieve sales goals
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Work Hours and Environment

Our Service Department is open Monday Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above.

This is an onsite position, and requires working both indoors and outdoors.
