As a Senior Patient Account Representative, you will be required to perform the following duties :

• Answer questions on Team Building Assistance Log
• Review accounts on CDU Escalation Desk
• Report Time Management Sheets
• Various other reports as assigned
• Training new hires, first point of contact for team members
• HQ Pre-bill report for authorizations
• Denials experience
• Proficient in all client systems
• Able to multitask, find trends and work towards solutions
• Other duties assigned
