What You’ll Do
Lead Installation Teams : Manage and coordinate daily operations for installation crews handling commercial refrigeration systems.
Oversee Project Execution : Plan, schedule, and coordinate installations from initial site evaluation through completion — projects typically range from $10,000 to $300,000.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure all installations meet customer specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
Mentor & Develop : Conduct performance evaluations, provide training and mentorship, and assist in hiring new team members.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
Drive Efficiency : Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 5+ years in commercial or industrial refrigeration installation or project management (no residential).
Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of commercial coolers, freezers, and food service systems.
Leadership : Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.
Project Management : Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining job documentation.
Communication : Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
