Litigation Paralegal

Insurance defense litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated full-time personal injury litigation paralegal. The successful applicant must be able to draft and respond to discovery; summarize and analyze medical records, discovery responses, deposition transcripts, and demands; prepare case / claim analysis reports; and interact with clients in a deadline-oriented environment. Prior experience in motion work is not a requirement.

Responsibilities include :

• Draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries, demands and other legal documents.
• Draft discovery motions, oppositions, and reply’s
• Coordinate, assemble and prepare documents for production and proceedings.
• Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare case analysis reports and determine causes of action.
• Communicate with clients, when necessary.
• Work in a team-based structure.
