Senior Financial Analyst
We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and performance. This position supports all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and management reporting, while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
The right candidate will be a proactive, adaptable finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires both analytical expertise and the flexibility to manage shifting priorities and ad hoc requests from leadership.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Serve as a financial partner to regional and senior operations leaders, supporting all budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.
- Lead the annual budget and financial planning cycle, developing detailed financial models and branch-level projections.
- Track and interpret key financial metrics, investigate performance variances, and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Convert financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights through effective analysis and presentation.
- Deliver concise, accurate monthly management reports highlighting financial trends and performance drivers.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning process and assist with financial modeling for business growth initiatives.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with broader business objectives.
Required qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.Skilled in financial planning and reporting tools; familiarity with Planful / Host Analytics and Power BI is preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.Proven ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.Comfortable managing large data sets and multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a collaborative environment.Certified Corporate FP&A Professional designation a plus.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
