Registered Nurse Supervisor - Day Shift

Mystic Healthcare is a family-owned skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor for our 7am-3pm shift. Join our compassionate team and make a difference in the lives of our residents!\n\nJob Summary : \n\nThe Registered Nurse Supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care and efficient workflow. This role includes developing work assignments, managing staffing levels, and fostering a positive work environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.\n
• Ensure direct nursing care is delivered by qualified licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.\n
• Adhere to procedures for medication administration, storage, and control among RNs and LPNs.\n
• Provide leadership and training in administrative and supervisory principles for Charge Nurses.\n

• Current Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, with graduation from a Connecticut approved RN program.\n
• Must possess a current certification as a Nurses Aide.\n
• Fluent in spoken and written English.\n
