Senior Software Engineer – Automation, Data & Internal Tools
Location : Hybrid – NJ Office (preferred), or US-Remote

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who combines strong backend engineering skills with a consultant mentality. We’re flexible on the specific backend language. If you’re strong in at least one modern backend stack (for example : Python, Node.js / TypeScript, C#, Java, Go, etc.) and you know how to ship real systems, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Develop and evolve internal apps that streamline client management, service delivery, and operations.
- Design and implement data pipelines and models from multiple systems to support reporting and analytics.
- Automate repetitive workflows to reduce manual work and errors across the business.
- Integrate internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs.
- Work directly with operations, finance, service, and leadership to understand needs and suggest better solutions.
