Technical Lead Software Development

Experis is seeking a Technical Lead of Software Development to join their team. As a Technical Lead, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting the development of cutting-edge AR / VR hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Technical Lead - Software Development

Location : Redmond, WA (On-site)

Pay Range : $80+ depending on experience

What's the Job?

Lead a small cross-functional team (3-6 engineers / technicians).

Design and implement calibration and data collection software using C++ and Python.

Guide daily engineering tasks, code reviews, and team mentorship.

Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams for integration.

Develop software specifications, documentation, and testing protocols.

What's Needed?

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.

5-7 years of hands-on software development experience.

2+ years of team or project leadership.

Strong skills in C++, Python, and software design principles.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
