Position Summary
Charter Sales Executives are subject matter experts in Thrive's fleet and products, therefore being a multitool for our clients. This role guides the client through the process of finding the flight experience that best fits their needs. Professional, polished, and dedicated to providing that touch of luxury service is what makes Thrive's Charter Sales Executive the top of the line.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the complete client experience from the first phone call to post-flight follow-up.
- Responsible for managing inbound leads and generating external prospects
- Assists clients with product selection and strategy
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding department specific key performance indicators and quotas centered around productivity and revenue
- Quotes : Inventory management, negotiation, and presenting product solutions
- Closes : Overcomes obstacles / objections and leads our clients to the right solution
- Books : Coordinates with flight operations for efficient and strategic scheduling
- Services : Manages travel logistics, communication, and touchpoints to ensure an elevated experience is provided every single time
- Maintains company, industry and competitive knowledge and awareness
- Strives to innovate processes and the industry so we never become stagnant.
- Enthusiastically accepts additional projects and meets designated deadlines

Requirements
Experience & Qualification
The most successful candidate in the position will meet most, if not all, of the following criteria.
Bachelor's degree required.At least two years of experience in sales or account management; preferably in aviation or luxury productsSolution oriented - presents a problem with a suggested solution.Demonstrates strong leadership skills through taking accountability and ownershipProven to work effectively in a team environment or independentlyDetail obsessed with a proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a changing environmentThe ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writingMust work well under pressure and be able to multitaskBe willing to work during off-hours, weekends and holidaysProficient in Microsoft Office, Demonstrate broad knowledge of the functional area.
