Primary Responsibilities

• Project Lead / Project Manager for all phases (schematic design through construction administration) of small, medium, and large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and design principal.
• Direct and communicate with an architectural team (1-4 members) to meet design, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop design and presentation drawings.
• Prepare construction detailing and drawings.
• Conduct construction observation and administration.
• Provide team support on other project teams within the office as needed.
