Leadingmultidisciplinary team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer(Energy) for their Columbusteam!

Responsibilities :

  • Leadenergy audits of buildings and identify possible energy efficiencywater efficiency and renewablesopportunities
  • Identify / providedocumentation for energy efficiencystrategies
  • Determineenergy baseline develop measurement and verification (M&V)methodologies
  • Calculateutility operational / ancillary savings and generate financialanalysisreports
  • Assist withbuilding energy modeling duties (data collection organizationsetup)
  • Identify ways toquantify energy consumption and savings opportunities throughanalyzing building utilitybills
  • Build / maintainclientrelationships
  • Providetechnical salessupport / coordination
  • Coordinatedevelop and present concepts and preliminary technicalfindings
  • Collectsite and other data to assist other teammembers
  • Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
  • Sometravel may berequired

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering architectural engineering orother related discipline or an equivalent of education andexperience
  • 5years of experience in the energy efficiency industry includingenergy engineering / energymodeling
  • PELicensepreferred
  • Knowledgeof HVAC industry lighting and Building Automation System (BAS)controls
  • Knowledgeof design / energy simulation software (Revit Energy Gauge IES VE HAPTRACE)
  • Certified EnergyManager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) with theAssociation of Energy Engineerspreferred
  • LEED AP withspecialty ispreferred

Salaryis commensurate withexperience.

Successfulapplicant must be authorized to work in the USA withoutsponsorship.
