We're seeking an exceptional Senior Probate / Wills / Trusts Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you directly shape client success.

Your Role

Manage cases from intake to closure, including these key responsibilities :

• Shepherd families through probate administration and estate planning with compassion, efficiency, and excellence.
• Drive cases forward with precision and before deadlines—always.
• Manage docket, discovery, calendar, communications, and files.
• Research the law, prepare trial notebooks, and craft compelling plain English legal documents and correspondence.
• Anticipate and independently solve challenges.
• Partner with the founding attorney to free him to focus on client development and counseling, strategic legal thinking, trials, negotiations, and vision.
