About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead ideation, build creative roadmaps, and translate performance data into actionable next steps across client accounts.

This is a hybrid strategy + creative development role : you’ll help define what kinds of creative we make, why it matters, and how we evolve based on results. You’ll own the “why” behind the work—synthesizing performance data, client goals, and cultural insights to shape high-impact campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with producers, editors, creators, and clients to identify top-performing themes and formats, pitch new concepts, and outline creative testing strategies. This is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots between creative intuition and data-driven thinking.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Ideation

• Build and maintain concept maps that align with client goals and performance insights.
• Own creative ideation sessions—pitching new hooks, formats, and storytelling frameworks built for paid social.
• Ensure variety and breadth across formats, tones, and messaging angles in every creative sprint.
