Administrative Assistant - Coordinator / Scheduler

Responsibilities :
Answer phonesProvide great customer service over the phoneFollow up with customers and vendorsAssist with scheduling and coordinationPrepare and format reportsWritten / verbal communicationData entry and make photo copiesGeneral office dutiesAdministrative projects and supportQualifications :
Experience : minimum of 2 years of office experienceType at least 40 wpmProficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Good computer skillsReliable transportation to our office in Pearl City Industrial (near Sam's Club)Willing to work some nights and weekends answering phonesIdeal Qualities :
