Community Coordinator
The Community Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of Dock 1053, creating a warm, member-focused environment while ensuring the campus remains clean, functional, and "host ready" at all times. This role blends hospitality, light facilities management, and community engagement by supporting daily operations, preparing shared spaces, and building meaningful relationships with members and guests. The Community Coordinator also assists with tours, onboarding, and member events to strengthen connectivity across the campus. Success in this role is measured by operational excellence, budget stewardship, and a consistently positive member experience.

Daily Routines & Disciplines
Opening / closing checklistDaily check-in with managerFront desk coverageConnect with membersMaintain bathrooms, kitchen, conference rooms and coworking areasReview daily conference room bookings & prep accordinglyMaintain conference rooms and ensure the rooms are reset after each meeting and stockedVerify all tech is working (speakers, projectors, conference rooms, Nest cams, printers, etc.)Conduct walk-in & scheduled tours as neededFill out tour form to notify CEM of any scheduled or walk in toursSort inbound and outbound mailWeekly Routines & Disciplines
