Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a full-time & center-based Behavior Analysis Trainee to join a motivated and energetic team focused on transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism while building a fun and creative culture at work.

The Details : Our centers are open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am 5pm. We primarily work with children between the ages of 2-9 in a center-based environment.
The Behavior Analysis Trainee is an entry level Behavior Analyst role that is designed to give the candidate a hands-on training experience by pairing them with an experienced BCBA who will serve as their mentor as they go through the Behavior Analysis Trainee Training sequence.
The Behavior Analysis Trainee has a primary responsibility to accelerate client success through responsibilities delegated by their assigned BCBA mentor.
By sharing a caseload and pod, the mentor BCBA will serve as a model as the BCBA Apprentice learns all of the responsibilities and tasks that they would need to complete as a Behavior Analyst.
Training Timeline Phase 1 : shadowing and completing assigned non-billable tasks. Mentor BA models team training and once Behavior Analysis Trainee tests with appropriate fidelity they can also take over team training outside of consult overlap time.
Phase 2 : Mentor BA models and tests probing programming targets, conducting assessments, and making programming changes.
Mentor BA starts to delegate non-billable consult time dedicated to both team training and programming updates.Phase 3 : Mentor BA overlaps as Behavior Analysis Trainee starts to run the consults independently.
