HR Generalist

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for our Cheektowaga location, which is primarily a unionized site. This is an onsite role and will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations.

This position is administratively focused and will be responsible for :

• Managing FMLA and leave administration
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives
• Assisting with progressive discipline and related documentation

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating a union environment.

Support all functions of human resources activities, including the administration of policies and procedures for a designated location. Collaborate with site leaders to drive business performance.

Pay Range : $60,500.00 - $91,100.00
