Job Duties :
- Companionship
- Medication Reminders
- Personal Care
- Transportation for errands / appointments
- HOSPICE Care / Support
- Support Wellness & Home Health
- Assist with Adult Daily Living (ADLs) activities
- Mobility Assistances and Transfers
- Take accurate, daily notes, of clients’ activities and baseline conditions
Benefits :
- $18-$20 / hour
- $500 / day Live-in
