The Director of Strategic Operations - National Accounts plays a pivotal role on a newly established, high-impact team focused on driving customer growth and operational excellence. This strategic leader is responsible for developing and optimizing cross-functional processes that enable seamless field execution and enhance customer experiences for our largest aesthetics customers. With a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, operational rigor, and collaboration, this role will partner across Allergan Aesthetics to translate business goals into actionable plans for execution for National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver Strategic Insights & Positioning : Develop and manage robust processes to collect, synthesize, and translate strategic insights into actionable deliverables, including executive-ready quarterly positioning decks.
- Execute Strategic Planning : Design, implement, and facilitate strategic planning process for National Accounts. Define, quantify, and document resource needs based on inputs from National Accounts teams to ensure resources are aligned for maximum impact. Partner with National Accounts, Marketing, AMI, Allergan Aesthetics Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to drive organizational clarity and alignment to strategic goals. Manage and communicate timelines and key milestones for delivery to enable successful event execution and / or deployment of key initiatives across teams.
- Prioritize Strategic Initiatives for National Accounts and Capital Equipment Teams : Partner with the National Accounts Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and executive vision. Proactively engage appropriate stakeholders and establish clear communication channels and a structure for execution.
- Manage Macro-Level Performance Reports and Resource Analysis : Manage process to define KPIs and deliver macro-level performance reports for National Accounts Team. Deliver reporting outputs and relevant resource analysis for National Accounts based on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles to key stakeholders, including National Accounts Team, cross-functional Sales and Marketing teams, as well as executive leadership. Leverage performance analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to improve strategic execution and operational effectiveness.
- Operationalize Pilot Programs : Partner cross-functionally with National Accounts, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to operationalize and scale pilot programs. Lead efforts to enable seamless operational execution from concept through to execution with the customer.
- Manage MLRC Process : Manage cross-functional review cycles for strategic deliverables and customer facing resources to ensure timely feedback to meet delivery targets.
- Drive Communications : Drive clear, consistent, and proactive communications across all verticals, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, progress, and strategic goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree10 years of strategic operations or related experienceKnowledge of standard business procedures including project management, finance, and budgeting.Demonstrated leadership skills with broad business orientation.Ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring value-driven interactions.Self-starter with vision and initiative and the ability to work unsupervised towards the achievement of challenging goals.Sound judgment, strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to get things done.Excellent communication, networking, tact and diplomacy, and people skills.Additional Information :
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
