Job Summary :
ArchWell Health is seeking an Applications Implementation Trainer to join our quickly growing organization. This individual will serve as an internal subject matter expert for eC W .
They will be responsible for develop ing and provid ing training throughout the implementation process across ArchWell Health's ma rkets.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, have a deep understanding of eC W , and will be passionate about developing training to equip colleagues for success.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop training documentation, provide training (virtual and onsite), and go-live support for relevant applications and devices
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for implementation of relevant applications and devices
- Participate in relevant applications upgrades and new functionality deployments which includes but is not limited to build , testing, devising workflows, developing documentation, training, and support
- Deliver support via ServiceNow ticketing platform to resolve incidents or fulfill requests from market end users
- Collaborate with Applications Workflow and Technical Analysts to develop and maintain comprehensive workflow and technical end-user documentation
- Travel : 70% - 90%
Required Skills / Abilities :
- SME level of experience in eCW (technical interview will be required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to e xercise good interpersonal relations and be supportive of the philosophy and policies of the company
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and persuasively, listen and ask for clarification when necessary, and respond informatively to colleague questions
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to w rite clearly and concisely , vary writing style to meet specific needs , and p resent data effectively
- Ability to p rioritize and plan work activities , u se time efficiently , p lan for additional resources , and s et goals and objectives
- High level of professionalism , including a pproach ing others in a polite and tactful manner , m aintain ing composure and react ing well under pressure , a nd t reat ing others with respect and consideration
