Overview
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in Syteline ERP to provide first and second-level support for enterprise business systems. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, performance monitoring, and user support while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for enterprise applications; perform configuration, performance monitoring, and user support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
- Assist with user access management and documentation of system configurations.
- Support upgrades and UAT testing; ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing operations.
- Communicate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment; be available for occasional after-hours or weekend support.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications.Strong SQL query and data integration skills; working knowledge of APIs, workflows, and SharePoint.Experience with data governance and documentation of system configurations.Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Employment details
