As a Clinical Pharmacy Manager for a Medicare Part D (STARs) Clinical Pharmacist team, you will manage a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and clinical administrators to improve health quality outcomes (i.e. medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). In addition, you will analyze team data, quality, and performance to make operational, clinical, and logistical improvements. This is your opportunity to grow within a pharmacy team focused on clinical and business collaboration.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm. This is a hybrid-remote role. You will be required to work onsite 1 day per month and work remotely (work from home) all other days of the month.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
