Estimated Pay Rate : 65-80 / hour (Level I and Level II Manager openings)

Qualifications
- 5-8 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or creative agency / production experience specific to the apparel / footwear industry
- Social Media background
- Experience working with external creative and production partners
- Experience supporting end-to-end creative and production management
- Experience working with cross-functional channel partners or in a global / regional structure is a plus
- Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with project changes, and reliably meet deadlines

The Creative Operations Manager is responsible for managing creative projects within a studio from brief to delivery. They will drive processes for the team, supporting a culture of excellence and the values of the creative team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage projects against the Creative Studio Operating Model, ensure team is prepared to meet gates and deadlinesManage day to day tasks, including feedback from Creative Leaders and key stakeholdersManage and deliver assets for high-visibility Awareness campaignsPartner with Production team to support seamless process through pre-pro, on-set management and post productionHelp ensure creative is on brief and budgetManage creative partners and content creators working with the studioInformation hub ensuring creatives have the latest materials and information and work closely with cross functional operations partners to enable the creative workSupport resource planning, tracking and reportingInput creative updates into Project Management toolLead Toolkit coordination, asset management and trafficking
