We’re Hiring : Business Development Manager – IT Services (Automotive & Manufacturing)

📍 Preferred Location : Michigan (Local candidates highly preferred) / Dallas, TX

💼 Experience : Up to 15 years | Prior IT Services experience mandatory

Are you a passionate Sales Hunter who thrives on winning new clients and building long-term relationships in the automotive and manufacturing sectors?

Our client — a global IT services powerhouse with a strong North American presence — is expanding its footprint and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new logo acquisition in one of the most innovative and fast-evolving industries.

About the Opportunity

You’ll represent a company trusted by global enterprises for its end-to-end digital solutions — from application modernization, cloud & infrastructure , and data & analytics to enterprise transformation and managed services .

This is your chance to make a measurable impact while driving growth in strategic accounts that define the future of automotive technology and manufacturing excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • ️ Identify, prospect, and close new IT services deals within automotive and manufacturing sectors
  • ️ Build strategic C-suite relationships and drive consultative solution selling
  • ️ Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft tailored digital transformation solutions
  • ️ Exceed growth targets through creativity, persistence, and market insight

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years in IT Services sales , with strong exposure to automotive / manufacturing
  • Proven success in hunting and winning new logos
  • Deep client relationships across OEMs, Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers, or industrial clients
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation finesse, and consultative selling expertise
  • Local network in Michigan preferred
  • Be part of a globally recognized IT services leader with deep domain expertise
  • Competitive base + uncapped commissions
