Program Highlights

Duration : 12-month immersive experience in hotel operations, to include rotations through various hotel departments.

Specialization : After a general hotel rotation, you will gain hands-on experience within the engineering department, with exposure across multiple disciplines; HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and preventative maintenance. This function is critical to creating a true understanding of the hotel industry and where we think the best hotel leaders start meaningful careers.
