Cashier Full Time- Fuel American Grill

The F&B Cashier uses cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner
• Prepares and sells all food items on the menu and handles all monetary transactions, such as cash, checks, and credit / debit cards
• Cleans and sanitizes food service equipment used to prepare and serve menu items
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of daily menus and prices
• Conducts opening and closing inventories
• Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
• Replenishes necessary supplies, such as salt / pepper shakers, condiments, etc.
• Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation
• Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints
• Performs other related duties as assigned
