Education : Computer Science / IT or Equivalent
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience in creating BRD's, Functional specification documents, quality assurance.
- Knowledge and preferred experience in Agile / Scrum project methodologies.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Knowledge on Insurance (Guidewire) Can apply.
- Accepting candidates, who have career gap
- Competency in quality assurance tools and project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Compensation : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
