Location : Remote (U.S. Only)

Experience : 10+ years total IT experience, including 5+ years designing enterprise data integration and ETL systems

Overview :

ECI seeks a Data Integration Architect to design and oversee the IDAP platform architecture, connecting data from Oracle, SQL Server, and emerging cloud systems into a unified lakehouse environment.

Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end integration architecture and data flow models.
• Evaluate and recommend integration tools (ADF, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Define data models, metadata strategy, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with the State’s cloud teams to design hybrid and serverless pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with SOM standards.
