Operations Manager

As a Chemical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and compliance, overseeing production operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to foster a collaborative environment and act as a key leader within the site.

Responsibilities :

• Champion OSHA PSM, MOC, and PSSR requirements and lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and hazard evaluations.
• Oversee daily production operations while enforcing a safety-first culture and ensuring environmental compliance under RC standards.
• Drive initiatives for yield improvement, cost control, and enhancing process reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the Plant Manager designee, contributing to succession planning and acting as a key pipeline role for site leadership.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00 / yr. 401k, Relocation Package, PTO / Holiday.

This is a fully onsite position in Spartanburg, SC.
