Summary Statement

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that support employee growth and organizational success. This role ensures that all new hires and current employees complete Skills Matrix assessments, develops training materials and SOPs, and collaborates with leadership to address skills gaps and training needs. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with practical experience in delivering engaging, effective learning experiences across diverse teams.

Responsibilities :

Training Needs Assessment :

• Collaborate with department management and HR to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and data analysis to determine effective training strategies.
• Maintain and monitor Skills Matrix completion for all employees.
