Test Technician II (Weekend Days)

Job Description Please note this position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 21% pay premium.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

In this 4th Shift ( Weekend Days) Test Technician position in the SFFS / TACAIR Microwave Factory you will make impacts in the following ways :

• Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory.
• Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
• The individual will assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU’s.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $46680 - $74687
