Job duties include but are not limited to :
Supervising the front office operations as directed by hotel managementWorking front desk shifts and assisting, training, coaching, and guiding the front desk teamEnsuring all associates follow CMC and Hilton / Embassy Suites policy and guidelines while maintaining guest satisfaction standardsReporting directly to the assistant general managerInterfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activitiesProviding expedient check-in / check-out serviceBeing knowledgeable of hotel property and in-house eventsProviding guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities / servicesAssisting in reaching monthly brand standard goals in regard to customer service, employee training, and brand recognitionScheduling front desk associates keeping hours in budget and overtime under control via manpower reportingSupervising daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating proceduresVerifying all front office associates are in uniform and name tag is present, ensuring associates are following CMC dress code policyTraining, directing the work of, resolving issues / problems and coaching and counseling the front desk team members to ensure a quality operationDemonstrating positive leadership characteristics, which inspire team members to exceed standardsSupervising the efficient operations of the front desk including check in / out procedures as well as familiar with all three working shifts to include proficiency with the night audit shiftAs a supervisor you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the front office teamEnsuring that all brand quality standards and requirements are completed dailyEnsuring security for the hotel's customers, employees, and property assetsExecuting any other tasks or duties deemed necessary by hotel management for the successful operation of the propertyJob requirements :
Minimal 1 year hotel experience is requiredBe self-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong work ethic and a desire to succeedClean background check, and reliable transportation a mustMust possess solid basic accounting and math skills, be comfortable with computers and have excellent customer service and communication skillsMust have open availability
