What You'll Do As A Licensure & Certification Manager :

• Lead and manage Medicare / Medicaid enrollments, revalidations, and licensure renewals
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and facility teams across the country
• Monitor regulatory changes and support onboarding for acquisitions / divestitures
• Drive process improvement and ensure compliance across all facilities
• Manage a team and contribute to high-impact team projects

Requirements What You Bring :

8+ years of healthcare licensure / certification experience

Bachelor's or Paralegal degree preferred

Strong knowledge of federal / state healthcare regulations

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & Adobe
