Key Responsibilities
Drive member engagement and education to enhance participation in clinical models
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to design and implement clinical processes and programs
Create virtual educational programs and optimize asynchronous member experiences
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in clinical operations, consulting, health tech, or start-up environments focused on member engagement
2+ years of clinical experience as a nurse, social worker, or related discipline
Experience developing engaging educational content across various channels
Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with business intelligence tools, CRM, or EHR systems is a plus
