Position Type : Full-Time - On-Site - This is a Safety Critical Position

Role and Responsibilities :

The role of the Carpenter is to assist the Superintendent in expediting the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives. The carpenter is a craftsman with a skill level greater than a helper or laborer, but less than a lead carpenter.

Carpenter Job Duties :

• Assist the Superintendent with a variety of tasks throughout the construction phase of a project, including but not limited to mobilizing, expediting, errands, and de-mobilizing.
• Assist during the punch-list and close-out process through owner / architect acceptance.
