Order Approval Specialist

A company is looking for an Order Approval Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations related to remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing sold remodeling projects for scope

Generating accurate sales orders to ensure proper materials are ordered

Ordering products and materials for multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

2+ years in a fast-paced administrative role with attention to detail

Knowledge of the construction industry, including materials and reading drawings

Ability to learn software quickly; experience with ERP / MRP preferred
