Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage CLP projects, coordinating with staff and consultants to achieve specified outcomes

Design and deliver professional development sessions and research effective practices in education and equity

Required Qualifications

Successful experience in teaching, counseling, or administration within K-12 or community college settings

Experience leading large grants or programs focused on educational improvement

Knowledge of practices related to education equity and student success, particularly for marginalized populations

Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams

Commitment to racial, gender, and social justice in education
