Maintenance Technician / Painter

Title : Maintenance Technician / Painter.

Salary : $25.75 - $28.00 hourly.

Job Purpose :

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician / Painter is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site, interior of units and building exterior. The painter may also be responsible for work orders, special projects, vacant paints repairs in occupied units and various other responsibilities.

Duties :

• Diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenance / repairs involving the following, but not limited to :

Exterior and interior painting.

Skills / Qualifications :

Hand Tools : Various wrenches, screwdrivers, grips, sledgehammer, hammer, snips, posthole diggers, saws, etc.
