Texas Title Clerk - Group 1 Automotive
Group 1 Automotive is looking to add a qualified TEXAS TITLE CLERK to their Austin area team.

Responsibilities
- Processes all new and used vehicles registrations
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
- Verify that funds have been collected before processing title applications
- Complete title transfers for all wholesale transactions and ensure funds are collected
- Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely way.
- Contacts banks to obtain lien releases.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Prefer 1 WEB dealer experience
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent follow-through skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
