Required Location : Hybrid / Minneapolis MN 3 days a week.

We need : Business Analyst and / or Project Manager with strong experience in Banking or Financial services to lead regulatory operational and strategic initiatives . The ideal candidate excels at driving end-to-end project delivery partnering with cross-functional teams and producing high-quality documentation in a regulated environment. Manage the end-to-end delivery of initiatives-including regulatory commitments risk remediation efforts operational improvements and strategic projects-ensuring adherence to scope timelines budget and regulatory expectations.

• RECENT BANKING CAPITAL MARKETS OR FINANCIAL SERVICES REQUIRED ALONG WITH REGULATORY AND RISK PROJECT SUPPORT.

Job Description :

Candidates should come from a financial background and have worked on Regulatory projects. They must be able to be on-site 3-4 days per week in Minneapolis.
