Your New Role :

As a Plumbing Foreman, you'll lead and supervise Journeyman Plumbers and apprentices on job sites, ensuring top-quality workmanship and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Preparing material take-offs and layout systems from blueprints and job orders.
• Working proactively with general contractor superintendents.
• Participating in job planning and managing construction schedules.
• Coaching and mentoring craft workers, verifying staff certifications.
• Inspecting work for conformance to specifications.
• Eliminating job site hazards and performing safety observations.
• Coordinating materials, tools, and supplies to support construction plans.
• Verifying that delivered materials match approved submittals.
• Working with tools as needed to meet construction schedules.

• You have 5-7 years of experience and an active Texas Journeyman plumbing license.
• You’re a proven leader with in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• You can read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• You’re authorized to work in the U.S. and ready to bring your A-game to a top-tier team.

• 5-7 years of experience
• Active Texas Journeyman plumbing license
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
