Previous teaching experience is highly desired; however, no teacher certification or licensure is necessary.

Pay ranges from $21 - $30 per hour depending on multiple factors, including specific location, individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

Our teachers work in small groups with students at a 3 student to one teacher ratio. C2 Education offers teachers strong administrative and leadership support so they can focus solely on what matters : helping students.

Our Education Coordinators and Center Directors for each center take care of the scheduling. Center Directors and District Managers handle communication with parents.

• Tutor students in small groups (3 students max).
• Tailor C2 Education’s proprietary curriculum on SAT, ACT, AP, and school subjects to students’ needs.
• Track and analyze student progress.
• Attending required training and staff meetings.

Schedule

Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday Thursday 1 : 00 p.m. - 9 : 00 p.

m. and Saturdays 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Each location may vary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.).
• Ability to tutor in-person.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• A clear Criminal Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications

AP-level knowledge in at least one or more subjects.
