Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about transforming raw financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including budget vs. actuals and PO balance reports
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis
• Investigate financial data trends and anomalies to answer the critical question : "Why are we doing this?"
• Extract and manipulate raw data into Excel using advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Perform manual data pulls from various systems to support reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist in developing and maintaining reporting templates and dashboards

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $56.90 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
