Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the production of accurate and timely financial reports.

Maintain a system of accounting records and ensure the implementation of effective controls.

Implement and manage a comprehensive set of controls and budgets.

Supervise and mentor the financial reporting staff.

Assist with the oversight of all accounting transactions and processes.

Play a key role in the planning and preparation of the annual company budget.

Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial forecasts for Senior Management, the Board, and the Bank.

Evaluate new technology and software applications to enhance financial data processing and reporting.

Collaborate with IT on software upgrades and process enhancements to improve efficiency in the finance area.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting and / or finance.

4+ years of accounting and / or finance experience.

Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement preparation.
