Signage Customer Service

ChicagoSigns.com is looking for someone with experience with signage to join the team.  This will be a client touching position so the right candidate will have some experience with signage materials, builds, and installations but also a background in customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for following signage leads and communicating with customers about potential projects, and then bringing those leads to project completion.
• Should be able to talk clients through the process and explain materials, installation techniques, and requirements for successful projects.
• You will be responsible for art management (but not creation), quoting with vendors, and determining project scopes based on client needs and additive manufacturing constraints.

You will have to facilitate install coordination and availability, shipping, parcels, etc.  Preferred Skillset :
