Heavy Equipment Operator
Operate various types of power construction equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, compactors, articulated dump trucks, or front-end loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth, primarily in projects associated with environmental contamination. Operate equipment utilizing both CAT and other controls. Responsibilities also include maintaining and performing minor repairs on the equipment.

Work Environment :
Work involves radioactive and other environmental job sites, primarily in Northern California, with significant travel required. The role may require obtaining a dosimeter for radiological safety and possessing a REAL ID, TWIC, or passport for site access. The work environment is fast-paced, offering opportunities to quickly acquire new skills and responsibilities.
Job Type & Location :
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Livermore, CA. The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
