Job Title : Planning Coordinator – Leadership Programs (Human Resources)

Duration : 5 Months with Possible extension

Rate : $55–$65 / hr

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-person seminars, including venue logistics, materials, menus, and activities.
• Manage participant communications, registrations, and attendance records.
• Liaise with facilitators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Close out events by collecting feedback, processing payments, and updating records.
• Pilot and apply tech tools to improve planning efficiency.
