Job Description :

Note : Java Backend Developers with strong experience in Banking & Financial Services, especially with security expertise such as Spring Security, OAuth, Authentication.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain applications in Financial Crimes technology to meet business goals.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs; support activities for application maintenance.
• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements; typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Utilize knowledge of business requirements and technology to recommend innovations.
• Provide data insights, assess impact on systems, and participate in full development lifecycle.
• Contribute to story refinement, requirement definition, and work estimation.
• Perform proofs of concept and set up automated CI / CD pipelines.
• Work with support and platform teams on change management, upgrades, and requirements changes.
• Demonstrate data sourcing, analysis, and modeling skills for large-scale financial crimes data sourcing.
• Ensure best practices and standards in data governance.
• Develop plans with the business, including success metrics for change management.
• Analyze current processes, develop future approaches, and facilitate implementation.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners.
• Follow Agile practices and enterprise change standards.
