Intern - Customer (Donor) Care

Purpose & Responsibilities of Position : Donor Care Intern will play a key role in supporting initiatives that enhance the experience, satisfaction, and engagement of our plasma donors. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to customer service, healthcare operations, and service design. The intern will also assist in the case management process, helping to ensure timely and effective resolution of donor-related issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing donor satisfaction surveys and feedback tools.
- Support plasma donor engagement campaigns and communication activities.
- Help identify opportunities for improvement across the donor journey through data analysis.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for Donor Care projects and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to enhance donor touchpoints.
- Support the case management process by tracking, documenting, and following up on donor-related cases to ensure resolution and donor satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve donor care processes.
Eligible applicants include :
Undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Sophomore entering Junior year OR Junior entering Senior year)HS Senior going to Grad School (graduate students entering their first or second year of study)Desired Skills :
